on 6mm to 25mm substance with a bevel from 6mm to 50mm wide.
Shape bevelling is available on 6mm to 25mm
substance on two semi-automatic machines.
Mitre Bevelling
Straight or shaped mitring is available
on 6mm to 25mm substance.
Polishing
Straight edge polishing with cerium
oxide for a high quality finish producing our standard flat and
arris profile.
Shape polishing is produced either by our
semi-automatic machines or for more accurate shapes or for polished
internal cutouts and shaped edge profiles we use two CNC machines.
Circles with our standard edge profile can
be produced up to 2200mm diameter on our dedicated circle polishing
machine.
Sandblasting
Bespoke and replacement
designs are undertaken by a City & Guilds qualified craftsman,
Clearshield-ing can be added to create an easy to clean finish.
Glue Chipping
Creating unique surface finishes.
Acid Etching
A wide variety of effects including stipple
or sponge embossing can be created in our purpose designed studio.
Gilding in Gold and Silver
Leaf
For authentic Victorian effects.
Painted Finishes
Painted glass wall and splashback panels either
in a kitchen or bathroom with the addition of painted glass work
surfaces, are a real alternative to traditional tiles and granite.
Giving a reflective surface that only glass can give, enables
designers, architects and clients endless possiblities and colours.
